Join us on Wednesday night and let us breath in community and raise our vibrations. Rebecca Dennis will guide you on an empowering journey with your breath to help soothe the nervous system, reduce anxiety, clear negative thought patterns, strengthen your immune system and lungs. Breath is the most sustainable medicine we have on the planet right now and its free.

Helen Parker, a clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, will explore neuroscience and how the brain works. How stress, anxiety, depression and OCD are created during these unprecedented times and what we can do to help manage our relationship with it. You will be given insight into the importance of regulated sleep and how it affects our wellbeing. You will leave with a deeper understanding of how the brain informs our behaviors and techniques in overcoming our current fears and build confidence and strength with increased energy and security in this challenging time
