After an astounding class last month we invite you to join our brilliant George Delius again, as he guides us through this wonderful hour of core strengthening, muscle lengthening Pilates positions that are designed to leave you balanced and centered. Enhancing other practices like gym, running, yoga and dance, this is a perfect session to bring BALANCE back in our lives as we bring in all sides of us, merging winter with spring.
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
