About the Event
Lisa will guide us through a beautiful breath balancing class teaching breathing techniques to improve physical, emotional and spiritual health. This is sometimes called 'conscious connected breathing". It is natural, safe and has many benefits; increased energy, a stronger immune system and a more relaxed state of mind.
Breathgal, Mel Lacyfewtrell will be working alongside Lisa. Expect increased energy, a boosted immune system, reduction in stress and access to Samadhi an equal state of consciousness where all aspects of our being are joined: physical, spiritual, mental and emotional.
