We have been stagnant for a year, eating the wrong foods for comfort and indulging in whatever we needed to get through. As a result our bodies have become sluggish, toxic, and overweight. Not only is it unhealthy to be at this point, it also doesn’t make us feel great inside.

Iain will share some new wisdom on Nutritional balancing science, combining spiritual connection with science to balance our energy and the physical body, focussing on the hormonal, mineral, adrenal and chakra systems.
