Free Dance - Move Into Connection

This Sunday we are joined by the FREE DANCE workshop lead by the wonderful Freddie & Maria, direct from the countryside of Italy.

Maria’s meditation followed by Freddy’s ecstatic dance and movement session, with the most amazing music wave & perfect guidance which, with people joining from all over the world, has helped us all in the last few sessions really feel alive in our bodies.
