About the Event
Nina’s passionate and gentle classes have ben the well received staple of our Sunday mornings. Alternating practices she is a great guide and sage when it comes to helping us be in our body, whist focusing on our strength mobility and grace.
This week we will be practicing Hatha Yoga, a great way to slow down, and go deep into longer stretches that enable us to detoxify, replenish and purify our inner bodies as well as open-up our exterior bodies.
We can't recommend Nina’s class enough.
