About the Event
Hatha and vinyasa inspired yoga classes rooted in the Tantric traditions. Expect a playful but strong asana practice where pranayama (breath work), mantra (chanting), sound bowls and philosophy are woven into the class for an immersive experience.
Clinical clinical psychologist Megan Tron teaches yoga as a practice of empowerment, teaching ways to connect to, heal and strengthen the self. Through yoga she allows us to tap into her own creativity and ability to overcome barriers, as well as recognizing the power of forging deep respect and community with others.
