About the Event

Some of us know Shellbe from cooking our delicious, nutritious food at our Wonderment retreats.

Shell is now also powering her way as a power force fitness instructor, bringing conscious compassion & medicine movement to her guided woke-outs.

Her session for Wonderment Move & Flow is for all levels and will be compact with dynamic movement, bridging mobility with own body weight exercises.

This month will be designed to bring equilibrium to the body, get a fun sweat flow going around the system with some medicine loving cardio.
